A singular expression of Pinot Noir de Bouzy

The wine’s color is immediately seductive, with its delicate hue of subtly intense light pink, evoking all the nobility of Pinot Noir de Bouzy. The nose is expressive and charming, revealing floral aromas mingled with a palette of candied red fruits and English sweets, enhanced by a saline, almost iodized touch, which is the hallmark of the house’s mineral freshness. On the palate, the attack is lively and invigorating. Red berries – strawberry, cherry, raspberry – explode with greed, while Pinot Noir spices add structure and complexity.
